U.S. Vice President Vance said 12.5 million barrels of oil passed through the Strait of Hormuz overnight, and that nearly 10 vessels have passed through a U.S. blockade.
According to Odaily, Vance also said Iran has so far fulfilled its obligations under an agreement.
He added that the only way for Iran to obtain benefits is to behave well.
