Later today, Acting Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche is set to meet with law enforcement as the administration seeks support for a key but controversial provision in the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act. The provision would specify that certain non-custodial software developers are not responsible for how third parties use their code unless they knowingly and intentionally use the code to facilitate illegal activity.
