澜起科技在互动平台表示，公司已于近日向客户送样DDR5第六子代RCD芯片。
据Odaily星球日报报道，该芯片支持高达9200 MT/s的数据传输速率，较上一代产品提升15%，可满足下一代服务器平台对高带宽的严苛要求。公司称其为DDR5 RCD芯片国际标准的牵头制定者。
