Alibaba-backed A8 Tech (8279) said it has formally submitted an application to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to transfer its listing to the Main Board under Chapter 9B of the Main Board Listing Rules. According to Ming Pao, the board said the move is intended to provide a more suitable listing platform for the company’s next stage of development as its business scale expands and its strategic expansion deepens.
