MFSA 就去中心化是否应被视为“光谱”而非二元概念征求公众意见，并讨论是否建立标准化框架以判定协议是否超出 MiCA 监管范围。文件还提出 DAO、分隔单元公司等潜在法律结构，并研究监护代理等自动化合规机制；征求意见截止至 7 月 10 日。
