Hong Kong climbed one place to second globally in the International Institute for Management Development’s (IMD) 2026 World Competitiveness Yearbook, marking its highest ranking since 2019. According to Ming Pao, Hong Kong’s global competitiveness ranking has risen for three consecutive years.
