Binance Will Add Monitoring Tag to 4 Tokens as Part of 2026-06-18 Review

According to the announcement from Binance, the exchange will extend its Monitoring Tag to additional tokens on 2026-06-18, adding Act I : The AI Prophecy (ACT), Blur (BLUR), PIVX (PIVX), and QuarkChain (QKC). Binance said tokens carrying the Monitoring Tag are considered to have notably higher volatility and risks than other listed tokens and are subject to close monitoring and regular reviews. The exchange also said these tokens may be at risk of failing to meet listing criteria in the future and could be delisted from the platform.

Monitoring Tag Access and Review Criteria: Binance said users seeking trading access to tokens marked with the Monitoring Tag must pass a quiz every 90 days on Binance Spot and/or Binance Margin and accept the Terms of Use, with the quizzes intended to ensure users understand the risks before trading. Binance said it will conduct periodic project reviews and decide whether to add or remove the Monitoring Tag based on its latest findings, considering factors including team commitment, development activity, trading volume and liquidity, network stability and safety, network or smart contract stability, public communication, responsiveness to due diligence requests, evidence of unethical or fraudulent conduct or negligence, and contribution to a healthy and sustainable crypto ecosystem. Binance added that other services related to the tokens will not be affected and that the Monitoring Tags for the tokens will be updated shortly after the announcement was published.
