China’s main domestic futures contracts were mostly lower by the morning close. According to Jin10, coking coal fell more than 6%, lithium carbonate dropped nearly 5%, and coke declined more than 4%.
Eggs and fuel oil slid more than 3%, while methanol fell nearly 3%. Platinum and Shanghai tin were down more than 2%.
On the upside, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), PTA, paraxylene, and the Europe container shipping futures contract rose more than 1%, while staple fiber gained nearly 1%.
