据 Foresight News 报道，目前代币化正主要向两种形式演化：代表股权所有权的代币，以及通过回购直接实现价值积累的代币；处于两者之间的代币形态最终将向这两个极端靠拢。
他称，除非将收入和回购以程序化方式上链，否则代币难以达到合理估值；随着更多公司 IPO，代币化可为全球投资者提供上链参与机会，扩大传统资本市场之外的所有权获取渠道。
