CNNC Sci-Tech said its shares were flagged for abnormal trading after the stock’s cumulative closing-price deviation reached 27.89% over three consecutive sessions on June 15, 2026, June 16, 2026, and June 17, 2026.
According to Jin10, the company issued a volatility announcement saying it had noticed recent discussions in some media, self-media outlets, and stock forums linking its business to the “silicon-28” concept.
The company said its production and operations focus on industrial valves and that it is not involved in the research, purification, production, processing, or other related activities of silicon-28.
It also said there were no major matters that should be disclosed but had not been disclosed, and urged investors to assess information rationally and be mindful of investment risks.
