香港证监会在原讼法庭展开法律程序，寻求法庭颁令要求泰加控股（前上市编号：6161）前主席、执行董事及非执行董事吴宇，收购由公众投资者持有的该公司股份。据明报报道，吴宇涉嫌违反受信责任，最终导致泰加保险在停牌后被除牌；证监会并在同一宗依据《证券及期货条例》第214条的法律行动中，寻求法庭对吴宇及另外10名泰加控股前董事作出取消资格令。
