China’s Ministry of Public Security sent a task force that escorted Liu Ren, described as a key member of the Chen Zhi criminal group, back to China from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The operation was carried out with strong support from Cambodian authorities, according to Ming Pao, and was described as another result of China-Cambodia law enforcement cooperation.
