China Securities Regulatory Commission Chairman Wu Qing said at the 2026 Lujiazui Forum that the regulator will strongly support listed companies’ mergers and acquisitions and refinancing, according to Ming Pao, aiming to further boost M&A and restructuring activity and deepen refinancing reforms.
Wu also said the CSRC will support eligible Hong Kong-listed companies to list onshore in mainland China.
