Hong Kong stocks swung lower as investors waited for the Federal Reserve’s policy decision. In the U.S., stocks were mixed overnight and U.S. index futures rose across the board this morning, according to Ming Pao, while Asian markets traded mixed.
The Hang Seng Index and the Hang Seng Tech Index fell to their lowest levels in about a week. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index dipped to an intraday low of 8,127.84, its lowest since 8,059.49 on May 2, 2025.
