Tether sold about 627,000 shares of Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR) on June 3–4 at roughly $20 per share, raising about $12.7 million.
According to ChainCatcher, the sale was reported by TheEnergyMag.
Tether had previously bought Bitdeer shares in February at an average price of about $8.85 per share during a period of weaker pricing.
After the reduction, Tether still holds 37.7 million Bitdeer Class A shares, representing 19.7% of the company’s free float, and remains a major shareholder.
