白皮书提出“Agentic Payment”基础设施的八层架构，涵盖 Agent 应用、支付执行、托管与治理、信任与合规、稳定币结算、公链底层、用户访问与流动性、因果验证等环节。
该白皮书预计在未来 1–2 个月内正式发布，并将讨论 AI Agent 支付权限、合规风控、跨链互通等议题。
