据Odaily星球日报报道，两名不愿透露姓名的 OCC 前员工称，该申请几乎肯定会获得批准。
World Liberty Financial 于今年 1 月成立一家美国信托公司并向 OCC 提交申请；若获得联邦信托银行章程，将可在单一联邦监管机构下发行和兑回其 USD1 稳定币、管理准备金、提供数字资产托管以及提供转换和结算服务，无需依赖第三方中介机构；目前其中间机构为 BitGo。
