Saintbond Holdings (3661) began its Hong Kong IPO subscription on June 17 and will close on June 23, with listing set for June 26. The offer price is set at no more than HK$85.20 per share, according to Ming Pao, with board lots of 100 shares and an entry fee of HK$8,605.92.
The global offering comprises 54.0012 million shares, including 5.4002 million shares in Hong Kong, and is expected to raise about HK$4.6 billion. CICC and Huatai are joint sponsors.
