PT Merdeka Gold Resources (6228) launched a global offering of depositary receipts starting today, with subscriptions closing on June 23 and trading expected to begin on June 26, according to Ming Pao. The offer price is HK$26.60 per unit, with board lots of 100 units and an entry cost of HK$2,686.82.
The deal comprises 89.6686 million units, including 8.9669 million for Hong Kong, and is expected to raise about HK$2.385 billion. UBS and CITIC Securities are the sponsors.
