他称，来自友好司法管辖区的小型法币稳定币也可能被允许，包括卢布稳定币和阿联酋迪拉姆稳定币。非专业投资者只能投资满足条件的加密资产，即过去两年平均市值超过 5 万亿卢布的加密货币。
Chebeskov 表示，俄罗斯加密货币监管法案必须在 7 月 1 日前通过；非专业投资者每年投资上限为 30 万卢布。
