Strategy（MSTR）派息优先股STRC周二收报91.79美元，为自2025年7月上市以来第三低收盘价，较目标100美元面值折价近8%。据CoinDesk报道，STRC走弱与比特币价格承压及公司偿债后股息覆盖期缩短有关；同时竞争对手Strive（ASST）的比特币支持优先证券SATA以约13%年化收益率、每日派息及无负债结构更受青睐，SATA报99.99美元，STRC较其折价约8.20美元创纪录。
