Blockchain and AI-based B2B payments solution SmartLoC announced the completion of a €180 funding round led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), with participation from Loggerhead-Ventures, MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Schleswig-Holstein mbH and several angel investors. SmartLoC focuses on leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things, blockchain and artificial intelligence to optimize the way businesses conduct financial transactions globally, and the new funding will accelerate its go-to-market strategy.
