消息人士称，美伊框架协议包括一项设立3000亿美元私人基金的计划，以带动对伊朗的投资。
据Odaily星球日报报道，3000亿美元的伊朗投资基金只有在最终协议签署后方可开始运作。该基金为私人投资工具，不涉及政府资金，且与关于海外被冻结的伊朗主权资产的谈判无关。
据悉，该基金计划已获得来自美国、海湾阿拉伯国家、亚洲、南美和非洲公司的超过一半的资金承诺。
