Botanix is winding down its Bitcoin Layer 2 after demand for the network fell short, despite recording more than 26.1 million total transactions. According to NS3.AI, users have been instructed to withdraw their assets before July 1.
The project said there will be a grace period through July 15, with a possible final extension to Aug. 1.
