Kingboard Holdings (0148) is set to place 155 million shares of Kingboard Laminates (1888) after the market close, according to Ming Pao, citing Bloomberg.
The placing price is set at HK$75.6 to HK$77.7 per share, representing a discount of about 9.5% to 12% to Kingboard Laminates' Tuesday (16th) close of HK$85.9, and is expected to raise HK$11.72 billion to HK$12.04 billion.
