据 Foresight News 报道，V2 版本基于 V1 的 APMM 预测市场机制表现，将提供更顺滑的交易体验、更丰富的市场类型与更灵活的参与方式。
Signa 表示，新版本主打「人人可发布、人人可治理、推荐有奖励」，用户可创建与参与市场，并参与社区治理。
市场创建者与推荐者可获得交易量 2.5% 作为回报。
