Guosheng Technology issued a volatility announcement after its shares recorded an accumulated deviation of more than 20% in closing-price declines over three consecutive trading days: June 12, 2026, June 15, 2026, and June 16, 2026.
According to Jin10, the company said that after a self-review, its main business operations and fundamentals had not seen any material changes.
Guosheng Technology said its photovoltaic segment includes the production and sales of heterojunction (HJT) and TOPCon cells and modules. It added that HJT modules are mainly used in large ground-mounted power stations, offshore power stations, distributed power stations, and rooftop power stations, and that the application areas have not materially changed.
The company said its landscaping segment focuses on landscaping engineering construction and landscape design.
