据金十数据报道，潼关黄金(00340.HK)公告，董事会于2026年6月16日议决，将视乎市况在公开市场购回股份，最高总金额不超过港币3亿元，最多可购回5.31亿股（占股东大会当日已发行股份总数的10%）。
公司称，购回股份将持有为库存股份，用于注销、员工激励、重新发行融资、用作合并或收购代价等合法用途；购回计划由公司内部资源拨付，不依赖外部融资。
