BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF is set to begin trading on Nasdaq on June 16, while Metaplanet signed a ¥2.1 billion deal to acquire Siiibo Securities.
According to NS3.AI, the ETF, BITA, primarily sells call options on IBIT shares and targets a notional range of 25% to 35% of net asset value.
Metaplanet said planned BTC-linked bonds could follow the conversion of Siiibo into a subsidiary.
