Citrini分析师jukan表示，据Odaily星球日报报道，据韩国媒体报道，SK Hynix ADR上市流程已进入最后阶段，仅剩SEC批准。
韩国媒体援引知情人士称，ADR上市目前预计将在7月中旬后进行，而非8月初；最终发行规模预计约占SK Hynix流通在外股份的2.5%。按当前估值计算，ADR发行对应的基础股权价值最高可达270亿美元。
由于该交易可能完全采用发行新股结构，预计将为公司带来大额现金流入。
