Profit-taking hits BTC, ETH, SOL as traders await June 19 Iran deal signing

Profit-taking spread across bitcoin, ether and solana as traders waited for a June 19 signing in Switzerland of a U.S.-Iran deal that has lifted stocks and pushed oil lower. According to CoinDesk, BTC briefly traded above $67,000 late Monday before slipping under $66,000; it was at $65,845 on Tuesday, up 0.3% in 24 hours. ETH rose 2.8% to $1,764 and SOL gained 3.2% to $73, while XRP added 3.2% to $1.22 and Hyperliquid’s HYPE rose 6.3% to $69. US spot bitcoin ETFs just paused after four straight weeks of outflows totaling about $5.4 billion.
