财政部成功在香港招标增发多种期限离岸人民币国债，合计150亿元，超额认购2.86倍。据香港电台报道，根据公告，2年、3年、5年及10年期增发国债发行利率分别为1.29厘、1.33厘、1.49厘和1.8厘。
财政部今年计划在香港发行共840亿元人民币国债，本批属第三期增发，前两期分别于2月和4月发行，合计295亿元。
