China’s main domestic futures contracts were mostly lower at the morning close. According to Jin10, methanol and propylene fell more than 6%.
Polypropylene and polysilicon declined more than 5%. Asphalt, ethylene glycol (EG), PTA, and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) dropped more than 4%.
On the upside, stainless steel (SS) rose more than 2%. Shanghai silver, Shanghai gold, the European container shipping route contract, and Shanghai tin gained more than 1%, while Shanghai lead and egg futures rose nearly 1%.
