据 Foresight News 报道，提案称将于 6 月 17 日从 52,499,999 枚质押的生态系统代币中解锁 3000 万枚 SOON，并作为激励分配给早期项目：AI Super Quant（1000 万枚）、Polyfollow（500 万枚）、signlOs（500 万枚）、Big Squirrel（500 万枚）、DucLuck（500 万枚）。
提案称，剩余的 22,499,999 枚代币以及所有其他质押分配将保持不变，继续进行长期质押。
