Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 SPCX perpetual contract recorded $1.4 billion in trading volume on the day of SpaceX’s Nasdaq debut. According to NS3.AI, the SPCX pair made up 30% of all HIP-3 volume during that session, rising from a $26 million daily average over the three weeks before the IPO.
The report said stock-linked perpetuals generated more than $18.8 billion in trading volume in the first half of June. Over the same period, crude oil and Brent contracts together recorded $7.66 billion in volume.
