Anthropic PBC said its new artificial intelligence tool, Mythos, is too effective at finding software and computer-system vulnerabilities to release to the general public. According to Bloomberg, the company is limiting access to 200 partner organizations, warning the tool could be misused to help attackers steal data or disrupt critical infrastructure.
