IREN has completed the acquisition of Ingenostrum, S.L., known as Nostrum Group, expanding its power portfolio.
According to NS3.AI, the deal adds roughly 490 megawatts of secured, grid-connected power to IREN.
The acquisition also brings more than 50 employees to IREN across development, engineering, construction, and operations.
