Benchmark Equity Research表示，美国证券交易委员会6月11日提出的NMS改革提案，可能成为今年美国影响范围较大的加密监管举措之一。
据 NS3 报道，该提案拟废除自2005年以来规范美国股票交易路由与执行的第611号规则和第610(e)号规则。Benchmark称，废除相关规则或有利于代币化股票及加密证券基础设施，但注册、清算、结算与托管等关键问题仍未解决。
