Iran has finalized a memorandum of understanding on a ceasefire with the United States, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baghaei said at a news conference.
According to Odaily, Iran plans to release the full text of the document and a summary of its explanatory notes on the day the agreement is formally signed.
Baghaei said that after an expected negotiation period of about 60 days, a comprehensive agreement must be registered and confirmed through a legally binding and enforceable United Nations Security Council resolution.
