Solana 财库公司 Forward Industries（FWDI）宣布，已向另一 Solana 财库公司 Solana Company（HSDT）董事会提出非约束性全股票合并收购提议，但被拒绝。
据 Foresight News 报道，HSDT 董事会于 6 月 12 日投票拒绝该提议，并选择不作进一步沟通。
根据提议，HSDT 股东每持 1 股可换取 0.386 股 Forward 新发普通股，较提议前一日收盘价 1.48 美元溢价约 10%，折合每股约 1.63 美元。
Forward Industries 表示对结果感到失望，认为开展对话符合双方股东利益，并公开披露此次提议经过。
