Blockchain Digital Infrastructure, a U.S.-listed developer and operator of digital infrastructure, said it will change its name to AIB Data Centers, effective June 25, 2026. According to Odaily, the company will begin trading under the new name starting June 26, 2026.
The company said it is shifting its focus fully to AI data center infrastructure. It also said it recently raised $55 million through a common stock offering to support the buildout of AI hosting and high-performance computing digital infrastructure to support business growth.
