据金十数据引述中证金牛座报道，国内一家铜箔厂商市场负责人表示，该企业专为AI服务器、高速光模块配套的HVLP4代算力铜箔在手订单已排至2027年下半年。
该负责人称，铜箔厂商需从RTF起步，逐步升级至HVLP1-2、HVLP3-4代，每代6一12个月验证周期，全程1一3年系统级认证。
其表示，英伟达、AMD、Intel等海外厂商及华为昇腾等国产厂商对铜箔代际要求严格，仅认证全球少数龙头。
