China Southern Airlines (1055) said its May passenger traffic, measured by revenue passenger kilometers, fell 4.2% year on year. According to Ming Pao, domestic and regional RPK declined 8.84% and 0.53%, while international RPK rose 9%.
The airline's passenger load factor was 84.69%, down 1.19 percentage points.
