巴基斯坦虚拟资产监管局（PVARA）表示，已正式发布《2026 年虚拟资产服务条例》草案，并向公众、行业机构及利益相关方公开征询意见。
据 Foresight News 报道，征询期自 6 月 11 日起至 7 月 2 日 19:00 截止。草案及配套分业务活动手册涵盖 VASP 许可证分类与申请、治理与运营要求、市场行为标准、技术与网络安全、AML/CFT 合规义务、客户资产保障等，并为交易所、托管、经纪商、衍生品、挖矿服务等十类许可证提供专项手册。
