Simplified the RNP structure by merging chapters and removing redundant information.
- Clear the difference between RNP and Rendering Fund Grants;
- Removed the "Render Network Team Review" phase to empower the community.
- Set the quorum for the final RNP vote at 15%.
Introduced a revised procedure for minor updates to the RNP.
- Simplified emergency proposal regulations and increased the quorum requirement for emergency voting to 20%.
- Streamlined "RNP Guidelines" and "Community Principles" sections.
