Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, a Song Dynasty-themed park in Kaifeng, Henan, has filed an application to list in Hong Kong. according to Ming Pao, the company’s business centers on Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, a national 5A-rated tourist attraction built based on the Song Dynasty painting “Along the River During the Qingming Festival.”
For fiscal 2025, net profit fell 23% year on year to RMB213 million, while revenue rose 1% to RMB746 million. Gross profit declined 16% to RMB386 million.
China Merchants Securities International is the sole sponsor.
