Nvidia and Google are advancing the early adoption of an 800V direct-current power architecture, with small-batch shipments expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
According to ChainCatcher, the technology is expected to be deployed first on Nvidia’s Vera Rubin platform and in Google’s next-generation AI data centers.
The report said the accelerated timeline could boost demand for power semiconductors and data-center infrastructure. It also listed several companies it described as potential beneficiaries across the supply chain, including Delta Electronics, Vertiv, Songchuan Precision, Schneider Electric, Eaton, and Siemens.
