The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a rule change allowing the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF to be listed and traded on NYSE Arca.
According to Foresight News, NYSE Arca initially filed the proposed rule change in November 2025 and received final approval after two amendments.
The actively managed ETF aims for long-term capital appreciation and, under normal conditions, will hold between five and 15 crypto assets. As of the filing date, the sponsor identified eligible assets as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Cardano, Avalanche, Litecoin, Polkadot, Dogecoin, Hedera, Bitcoin Cash, Chainlink, Stellar, Shiba Inu, and Sui.
The fund may also hold USDC as operating cash to pay expenses and purchase assets, but USDC is not an investment target.
