Trinidad and Tobago Energy Minister Roodal Moonilal said Venezuela’s granting of a license to Shell Plc to explore and develop gas will lead to 1.7 trillion cubic feet being exported to Trinidad and Tobago. According to Bloomberg, Moonilal linked the expected exports to Shell’s license for the exploration and exploitation of gas in Venezuela.
