Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi said the United States has pledged not to launch a war or use threats during ongoing negotiations over a memorandum of understanding between Iran and the U.S.
According to Odaily, Iranian media reported on the 12th that Araghchi made the remarks during a television program that evening.
Araghchi said the U.S. commitment includes refraining from threatening tactics, and that both sides respect each other’s sovereignty and do not interfere in each other’s internal affairs.
